Reebok was founded in 1895 in Bolton, Lancashire although founder Joseph William Foster had been making spiked running shoes 5 years prior to this. It wasnt actually until 1958 that the company adopted the name Reebok as until then it was known as JW Foster and Sons.

A Reebok is a grey antelope which Joe Foster found the spelling of in an African dictionary he had won in a running race.

Reebok have made many great Clothes over the years for all kinds of sport and are still one of the biggest Clothing brands around. In 2005, Reebok became part of the Adidas group and Reebok are still making some of their classic Clothes which look as good today as they ever did.
